follow the signs

Shye is an independent artist crafting a dreamy fusion of indie pop and alt-rock. Music that feels like late-night thoughts you can hold onto. A fully self-taught writer, producer, and engineer, she builds an intimate yet expansive DIY universe one track at a time.
What began as a quiet passion project grew into something bigger when she won the Vans Musicians Wanted competition at 16. Since then, she has released a full-length album, multiple EPs, and genre-blurring singles that continue to resonate with listeners. Her journey has taken her from bedroom demos to opening for Clairo, Daniel Caesar, and Men I Trust, and to performing across Asia as well as at SXSW in the US.
In 2025, Shye continues her momentum with new releases, her first Bangkok headline show, and festival appearances across Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, and Macao. Beyond music, she made her Paris Fashion Week debut with Chanel and expanded her creative collaborations with brands, solidifying her presence across music, fashion, and culture.
Her final single of 2025, Signs, is a sonic experiment and technical exploration. A bridge to her half-British heritage and an ode to self-discovery. It closes the year while opening a new chapter, tracing where her sound is headed and how nostalgia and rebirth can exist in the same breath. Driven by sincere storytelling and a deep emotional core, Shye makes music for anyone who needs a place to land, breathe, and feel.
